Circle of Conflict, Times Square, NYC, by Vincent Johnson (2012)
Shot while I was with my daughter, who with myself were taking snapshots of the area, with its superabundance of tourists and visitors, on a warm August night in Manhattan. At one moment I found myself watching what appeared to be a potentially heated conversation between several men. Each of whom were seemingly locked into a circle of conflict and debate. Just beyond the circle is a tall woman whose body position and cocked head relay her elevated concern.
